NEW ADVENTURES...

Soooo guess what I did this morning? Yup, you guessed! I went to run!! I'm so proud of myself.  If you know me, you know it's easier finding a 4leaf clover than getting me out of bed...but I did it and I feel so much better!  We are training for the Breast Cancer run in October so we did 2 miles this morning. Our next run is Thursday morning. Since I dislike breaking promises, I'm not going to say I'll be there but I am going to try my very best! Shots out to Nakeitra Hill for that motivation...love ya sis!

I'm on a natural high right now (thanks to the cup of coffee) however, I wonder will I feel like this at 5pm.  I start my part time gig today. I'll be working at Charming Charlie! I'm pretty excited to see the marketing/business aspect of retail. No, I'm not trying to work myself to death. For right now it's only 2 days a week from 5:30-9...I'm actually looking forward to the experience, not to mention the extra cash!  So come see me soon! (don't ask me for a discount...I'm letting you know now...juuuust kidding...well really, not really).  I went in last week to fill out my schedule (yea, two day schedule lol) and get the ins and outs of the store.  (oh yea, we are called "charmers" isn't that cute?!) So, I never knew "charmers" had a dress code.  They told me I had to wear 60% black and 40% white.  You can guess what I did....gave them a blank stare -__-. For real for real, what is up with the 60/40 ratio? Is that black to my boobs?...because technically 50% would be to my waist right? This is a serious question and I need answers!!!  If that weren't enough...the next rule was "you must wear at least 6 accessories!" I feel like Kanye! 'Dawg, how they expect me to make it past the detectors with all this jewelry on?!" Needless to say, I have on my 60% black and 40% white with 5 accessories on :) I better find a 6th piece...I'd hate to get fired on my 1st day!
Anyway, I'll let you guys know how it goes!!
